What Causes Strange Breathing Sound After Swallowed Paracetamol Pill?

Hello, I swallowed Paracetamol pill (with water, while sitting) and dont know if it went the wrong way. I coughed voluntarily for 30 min, no change of voice, can breathe and talk normally, but deep breathing sounds a little strange. Is it possible the pill go her own (wrong) way without the water? Do I have any concern to worry? Thank you in advance

Hello,

If cough and breathing sound is persisting then it likely that tablet has lodged somewhere else. Yes, tablet can go into airway without water.Ideal would be to see doctor even if it proves just precautionary.Regards.
