What Causes Sweating, Diarrhea And Nausea After Starting Nuvaring?

this is my first month with the nuvaring and I just took it out for the first time on the 3rd and that following Monday day I started getting what I thought was a stomach virus with nausea/sweating and diarrhea but the next day I was fine besides the feeling of my stomach being in a knot every time I ate something and then I woke up this morning again with the strong feeling of nausea/sweating. is this my body just adjusting to the birth control or is this something that could be serious?

It has common side effects like vaginal infections and irritation, vaginal itching or discharge, headache, nausea, vomiting, bloating, stomach cramps, changes in weight or appetite etc
Rare Side effects includes diarrhea, constipation, dizziness, confusion.

All the above mentioned symptoms would settle within few months of usage.
