What Causes Swelling Above Collar Bone On Both Sides?
I have swelling above the collar bone on both sides..............can t lose weight and seem to have no energy. Also have some shortness of breath and joint aches and I sometimes wake up in the middle of night with heart palpitations that go away on rising. Also I have scalp eczema What could this be
As swelling above the collar bone is usually uncommon unless and until we examine to check out any pathology there. Shortness of breath and palpitations can be due to systemic pathology and needs an examination.
For swelling above the collar bone you can do hot water fermentation or icing to reduce pain and swelling. For breathlessness and joint aches, I will advise doing regular breathing exercises, simple range of motion exercises, low-intensity aerobics, stretching exercises, core stability, etc.
This should help to improve the breathing pattern and also improve the joint stability by which breathlessness and joint aches reduce.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
