What Causes Swelling And Pain In Vagina?

I recently had scabies, and I thought i got rid of it but then it came back to one of my fingers and the last time i had sex afterwards my vagina became very swollen and it hurt, and every now and then it will itch like scabies, but i'm unsure. what do you suggest?
