What Causes Swelling Around Scrotum After Hernia Repair Surgery?
I have an open hernia repair operation 9 days ago.. 5 days ago, i started noticing a very hard swollen lump coming down from my lower abdomen (the stitched area) down to my scrotum. The swell is hard big on the right hand side of the scrotum. a little pain

your information is incomplete..do u have any fever?..do have discharge coming from wound?..does the wound appears red?..if you feel a lump is coming down from stitched area to root of scrotum,can you push the lump inside?..kindly reply to the above questions?..will definitely answer you queries..
