What Causes Swelling In Abdomen And Random Nose Bleeds?

Hi, I have a family member who is of the age 17 and for about a month now his left side of the stomach has been swollen. His stomach looks abnormal. He complains about sometimes having pain there, and chest pain as well. And I don't know if this might add to it but he gets random nose bleeds but that has occured even before the stomach getting swollen.

Hello,

The given history might not be due to any disease or illness if not having any clinical symptoms if the appearance of the stomach creating any doubt, then it needs to be brought to clinical examination without that nothing can be said for sure.

Nose bleeding could be due to allergic condition if this is happening on and often then condition need to be ruled out for blood disorders, nose bleeding is not related with what you are seeing abnormal appearance of the abdomen unless it is being proved something clinically related.
