What Causes Swelling In Ankle?
Hi, a few days ago, i found out that i have shin splints again. So this morning i taped me lower leg with athletic tape. (Chiropractor suggested it) And when i got home, i took off my shoes, and my ankle was/is swollen. I dont know why! Is it because of shin splints? Or because I taped my lower leg?
