What Causes Swollen Glands In The Neck And Canker Sore On The Top Of The Mouth?
My 17 year old son has extremely swollen glands in his neck on both sides. You can see them. He has a red throat and a canker sore on the top of his mouth. He does not have a fever but displays signs of a bad cold as well. he looks exhausted.

Please take him to the doctor immediately since exhaustion is a bad sign and implies that the infection is spreading fast. He may need supervised medical care and antibiotics and i would strongly advice you to take him immediately.
