What Causes Tender Skin Rash Around The Lower Back To Stomach?
A week ago, I started out having very tender skin (like a bad sunburn) around my left lower back that has now moved into the skin on the left side of stomach. There is no rash or blisters so I do not think it is shingles. You can not visually see anything.

The symptoms seem to be related to dermatitis. I suggest using an antihistamine such as Cetirizine to relieve the rash. I also suggest using a mild steroid cream for local application such as Hydrocortisone cream.
