What Causes Testicle To Reduce Size And Disappear?

okay so basically my right testicle is gone.. and i went to the doctor they checked with x-ray and they couldnt find it anywhere in my body. Please tell me what is going on. i had inflammation in the bi testicle 4 years ago which made it appear in lesser size though but now its suddenly all gone

Thanks for your query.
You has inflammation of the testes 4 years ago. Out of the 2 the right one has gone, meaning not felt.
The reason may be in the blood supply. Due to inflammation the arterial blood supply slowly gets diminished and the testis gets progressively stronger.

For a proper diagnosis ultrasonography with color doppler ; NOT the X-rays.
If there was a history of mumps , nothing can really be done.
