What Causes Testicular Pain After Having Surgery For Bilateral Hernia?
Hello Doctor,
I had bilateral hernia and got operated 2 years back. After the surgery itself, i cud observe that the testis size is different. i feel a little pain in one testis. but feel comfortable after i ejaculate. m unmarried bt i masterbate since long...abt 8 years . kindly, suggest sm thing
After hernia surgery there will be scar formation at the area of the spermatic cord where ejaculation takes place. This may be the reason for the sensation that you feel during ejaculation. Some patients will have this for a long time while some patients it would just go away. For the testicular decrease in size i recommend doing a scrotal ultrasound with Doppler to check blood flow in the organ.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
