What Causes The Burning Sensation And Numbness In The Groin Area?

had hernia op about 2 years ago ,im waking up in night with a burning sesation and numb ness in groin. is a little swelled where hernia was , have done a cough test but cannot feel the hernia bulge out like it did befor op . what do you think the cause is.

I really appreciate your concern and from the history given here I could say that you have gone through the operation of hernia and it is two years gone, so right now the numbness that you are having right now may not be due to the operation but this could be nonspecific and this would come around take care and have a nice day.
