What Causes The Presence Of Two Dots Of Hyper Fluorescence Within The Macula?
FUNDUS FLUORESCEIN ANGIOGRAM: RE: Normal arm to retinal circulation time. There are two dots of hyperfluorescence within the macula, appareling in the very early phase and not increasing in size and intensity in the late phases suggestive of RPE window defects. the FAZ is distorted.
I reviewed your history. I reviewed the fundus fluorescein angiogram report.
The presence of hyper fluorescence spot not increasing indicates window defects. This can be because of retinal pigment epithelium as in age related macular degeneration. Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
Hope this is helpful to you.
