What Causes The Visible Blue Veins On Body And Red Rashes On Chest And Neck?
I had left side chest pains, sharp and then also at my left shoulder blade, scheduled for a stress test later today. My question: suddenly tonight I see large blue veins everywhere on me and I see a red rash on my chest neck, partial back should I go to ER?

yes, definitely you need to see a doctor before the symptoms increases, it looks like cardiac cause ( heart related ) cause for me, the prominent vessels could be due to the cardiac incompetence, and pain in left sided chest with radiating to left shoulder also favours towards the cardiac cause, I suggest you to visit emergency as soon as possible. thank you.
