Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..
As per your complain pain in throat after
smoking Cigarette seems to be due to inflammation in throat that has occurred due to
injury to throat mucosa secondary to heat and chemicals..
As it was the first time you smoked and your body was not used to it, the mucosal surfaces have reacted to the injury leading to inflammation and the symptoms that you are suffering from..
I would suggest you to avoid smoking in future as it is not at all good for your health.
You can gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine for pain relief.
Take anti-inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen..
Do warm saline gargles..
Avoid spicy food..
In case if still the symptoms does not improve in a week consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
