What Causes Throbbing Sensation When I Move Around?

Hi, i got kicked in the back just at kidney height and i have limited movement, sitting is uncomfortable, lying down is ok until i try to get up and large breath inhalation is sore.

No blood during urination, but i can feel a slight throbbing sensation when i move around.

This happened on Friday night, should i see my doctor or will this settle in a few days with anti inflamatories and paracetamol? thanks.
