What Causes Tightness And Pain In Upper Back And Neck?
I have a tightness and pain in my upper back and neck on the right side and goes to the front of my neck on that side. I do have disc issues, but I have not yet experienced this kind of pain for this long (approx. 5 days). Wondering if something else could be pushing on nerves to cause this?
