What Causes Tightness In Chest And Gurgling In Stomach?
hi, my chest feels quite tight and it s hurting less now than before but still a fair amount. My stomach is rumbling/gurgling a lot also. Im 16 years old and my stomach has been rumbling recently more than usual but the chest pain is new. What do i do and what is happening?

From history it seems that you might be having acid reflux producing this type of feeling.
Avoid fried, chilies, junk food and more aerated drinks.
Take milk diet, curd, rice, buttermilk.
Take Omeprazole medicine for few days.
Avoid stress, take enough sleep.
