What Causes Tingling In Tongue Lips And Face?
Tingling Tongue, lips and face, right hand and forearm. Feel light headed, dizzy and bit nauseus. Also have odd red patches on my shoulder that looks like blood under the skin (no obvious injury) Had HELLP syndrome 8 years ago. No complications since.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that the general weakness could be the reason, better to get done the hemoglobin test, you have not mentioned your age and gender here else I would think for other etiology too, take care and have a nice day.
