What Causes Tingling Sensation And Visible Radial Pulse In The Hand?
For the past two months i ve had some tingling/parasthesia in my right hand and a visible radial pulse. The parasthesia has waned over time but still occurs each day especially when i m in a relaxed seated postition. I m a little worried that there is compression somewhere that is causing this visible sign and tingling.

It may be due to nerve compression.
For further assessment, you may require MRI neck, nerve conduction studies after spine surgeon consultation.
For pain, you can take tablet acetaminophen.
You may require tablet Pregabalin and multivitamin tablets after consultation.
Do regular physical therapy.
