Hello,

Tingling in the ears may be noise induced (acoustic trauma), inner ear inflammation (labyrinthitis), ear infection, wax, tinnitus, vertigo, mild to moderate hearing loss, may be due to nerve injury, nerve tumor, certain drug toxicity, etc. You are suggested to avoid exposure to more than 85 decibels of sound. Get your ears clinically examined by an ENT and get all required imaging tests and investigations done.

If it is ear infection, it will be accordingly treated. If wax is detected it will be washed and cleaned by the treating doctor after application of Otorex ear drops. For tinnitus and hearing loss you will have to get audiometry test done. Treatment may be conservative or surgery according to the severity detected. However, if you are having auditory hallucinations you will be referred to a Counselor/Psychiatrist. Stay away from addictions if any and get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
