What Causes Tiredness, Aches With Tensed Up Sensations On Waking?

I'm tired enough for bed, some times falling asleep about 9.30. I have no problem getting to sleep, most nights wake up to visit toilet but why do i not wake up refreshed even on a weekend. I tend to feel tensed up and achy. No major issues that make me wound up before bed.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Your compliants point towards a probable underlying mild depressive and anxiety state. That prevents you from feeling fresh, having low mood, getting easyly fatigue and not having fruitful sleep, etc.
A consultation to psychiatrist will help you, as there must be various life related issues that had caused the stress in your life, which need to be dealt with proper history and psychotherapy sessions. I suggest a small course of SSRI group of drugs may help you.
