What Causes Tiredness And Severe Dragging During The Day?

I ve been so very tired and dragging during the day the past two weeks. 59 years old female no health problems but the heat and humidity of VA are bothering my sinus. I m not a good sleeper and think it might be more allergy breathing. All meds have made me feel even more tired. Have been taking Mucinex D sinus during the day. Had to stop too tired.
