What Causes Tiredness, Heart Pounding, Ringing In Ears After Taking Metoprolol?

I started taking metoprolol(topral XML) about a year ago or so. When I returned to the dr. For a follow up after being on this pill ,I told dr. About ringing in the ear. I was told the meds probably didn't cause this. It has gotten worse. I am tired most of the time,get pounding heart.is there a possibility the medicine causing this?

hi. the medicine doesn't cause this. this medicine is for your blood pressure. continue the medicine. your ringing sensation in the ear is because of some ear problem. check out with your doctor. tiredness and pounding heart may be because of your pressure or heart problems. check it out with your doctor.
