What Causes Tiredness With Feeling Bloated And Constipated?

I have been feeling sick since I had unprotected sex on Nov 7th. My period came on Oct. 24th- Oct 31st before i had unprotected sex. After Nov. 7th I have been feeling funny. I bleed from Nov. 17th- Nov. 19th, then no bleeding on the 20th, and on the 21st there was just a little that morning. I have been extremely tired, bad mood swings, feeling bloated, constipated, frequent urination, dizziness, headaches, cravings, and nausea. I took several urine pregnancy tests and all of them were negative. I had a CT Scan that showed I have an ovarian cyst, and other tests showed that I have a UTI, and an upper resp. infection. I do not have any discharge and no diseases. Are these symptoms from th cyst or could I possibly be pregnant?
