Dear sir, Iam 40 yrs my FBS 160-200 mgs, PPBS 220-250 mgs since few months with metformin 500 mg morning , 1gm afternoon and after dinner. I am diabetic since 9 yrs . and since few days having transient burnings at rt leg. can i switch over to insulin?
