What Causes Ulcer?

I missed dinner friday night to catch a movie. I did ate a little salad and bread, though. After the movie, I felt nauseated and a slight burning sensation in my stomach. i thought I was just hungry. But I felt so weak and didn't have the appetite. I felt the same the next morning and took nexium. I still feel a little of the symptoms: nausea, lightheadedness and slight burning on my stomach. Is this ulcer? Stress?
