General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
When patients comes to me with fever of more than 2 weeks,I suspect
Malaria,
Tuberculosis,
UTI,
Viral hepatitis,
Your sgpt level are raised ,it may due to hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, gall bladder infection,
To rule out the condition some test like
LFT,HBSAG,CBC,chest xray
Ultrasound abdomen needs to be done,
For this visit physician get your symptoms evaluated and test done.
