For a while now I've been experiencing extreme bloating, gas and frequent urination. I've noticed that my stomach seems to be staying bloated all day and night. My urination is becoming more and more frequent. What could this be from? I would like to add I went through some hard times and was drinking alcohol on a very regular basis for about 1 1/2 years.I was drinking about 3-4 nights a week. I stopped a few weeks ago. I assumed my growing stomach, urination and gas was because of this. However my stomach hasn't gone down and it seems my urination and bloating seem to be getting worse? Is this an after effect from drinking or something else? I'd like to add I stopped drinking soda 4 months ago and have been eating extremely healthy. I only eat whole grain/wheat lots of veggies etc.
