General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The bleeding you are experiencing is likely due to the missed pill. You can continue the rest of the pack as scheduled.

Take Tylenol (available over the counter) for pain and cramping.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
