What Causes Vertigo With Asthma And Soreness In Muscle?

I suffer from vertigo, which comes in attacks from 30 seconds to full days. MRI shows nothing and my doctors do not know what to do? I have asthma, sore muscles and joints and numbness in his right big toe and sometimes palpitations. I am also very tired

I would explain that your symptoms could be related to an inner ear disorder.

Or this reason, I would recommend taking meclizine or dimenhydrinate for the vertigo.

If this does not help, I would recommend checking vitamin B12 plasma levels and thyroid hormone levels.
