What Causes Vision Problem?

Hello, my husband was diagnosed with Pars Planitis about 2 yrs ago and has had the steroid injections in his eyes to treat them and has also undergone 1 lazor treatment to his right eye. The other day his pressure in his right eye was 49! It's always blood shot and he's constantly having to put these drops in his eyes and now his Dr. wants him to go see a glaucoma specialist. Is there possibly any type of natural cure that anyone could suggest we try before his vision continues to get worse?
