earlier today i hit the side of my head, a little above my ear and a little after i thought i heard a few people talking to me when they never said anything, my vision went splotchy with grey and now i have a headache and not to mention i got a concussion in the same area last summer. am i concussed again?

Get X-Ray, MRI, CT & Audiometry (for vestibular problem) test done. Headache may be due to minor or major injury in the brain or skull.

Since you are hearing voices in your ears, vision has got blurry & have headaches, you are suggested to get clinically assessed by a GP.
