What Causes Vomiting After Having Crocin And Zifi 100mg?

My daughter is 1 Yr and Six months. Last couple of days she is suffering with fever and throat infection. Dr has advised to give Zifi 100Mg suspension also crocin for fever. Today she started vomitting twice after the meal. I am doubtful, whether she need to be 'blood screened' for any typhoid infection or vomiting is bcz of drug reactions ? between Zifi and Crocin syrup ? Appreciate an early advise.. Regards /K.G. Hi Dear
welcome to the HCM.
Drug and fever can cause gastritis leading to off and on vomiting.
Avoid giving medicines empty stomach, some digene gel 2 TSF 4 houly may also be given to over come this.
rare chances of reaction between Crocin and zifi.
