You are having too much of
stress, looking in through your problems, i will suggest you not to use any weight gain supplements in future unless prescribed by a doctor.
1. Make a schedule of healthy diet, rich in
proteins and fibers, carbohydrates & fruits along with plenty of liquids, milk and milk products.
2. Add
yoga in your schedule everyday, and light
aerobics exercise everyday.
3. In spite of having a big meal at once, have multiple small small meals.
4. Avoid processed foods and oily foods.
