What Causes Weird Stings On Body?

i have been having weird stings and no insect could be seen to blame , a doctor diagnosed me for scabies , i have been on treatment of ectomethiline for 20 days with only slight improvement , today however i had stings originating from my lung ! this is getting suspicious .
