Try to keep away from dust , pollen and environmental pollutants etc..... Symptomatic management done.... Prior to cold season montelukast like inflammatory mediator can be taken.. During attack antihistaminic tablet given.... For wet cough ambroxol like cough expectorant can be prescribed .... Hot water drinking useful.... Steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil is good for congestion relief Turmeric in hot milk taken that is good for allergy infection..... While cold season room humidifier can be used..... Take hot water bath..... With keeping this in mind consult pulmonologist. Take care.
