What Causes White Patches/spots In Areolar Region Of Breasts?

Hi! I had breast surgery three months ago, for cosmetic reasons, and today I noticed i have white patches or spots around the nipple (aereola) It´s as if the color of my aereola dissapeared. What is this? I am starting to have them in both of my breasts....
