What Causes White Sore On Gums?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... there is a white sore on my gums on the bottom... there is a white sore on my gums on the bottom on my front teeth. it hurts to even touch it or run my tongue over it, when i look at it, it almost looks like a hole in my gum. What is it?

When a tooth is infected this infection spreads to the apex and forms an abscess, which drains from gums after sometimes.
This hole which you are mentioning can be that abscess only, Better you get an x - ray done of that region as it will show the cause of this abscess.
