What Causes White Spots On The Tonsils?

I have a soar throat with a red spot on my uvula and a white spot on my right tonsel. My body aches all over but U have no fever. I have a tendency for getting strep throat, but this seems to have come on different. It started with an extreemly tired, achy body for two days and then a scratchy throat. I also seem to have quite a bit of yellow mucus in nose this time. Could this be something else? Also any way to

U are suffering from acute follicular tonsillitis ,you have tendency to have reoccurence of it.tab amoxclav,tab lcz,tab pantaprazole,tab paracetamol followed by interval tonsillectomy
