Hepatitis A is a viral illness that affects the liver and can cause yellowing of the skin. This yellow color is caused by an increase in bilirubin in the blood stream and tissues. This bilirubin can also get in your semen. So your first few ejaculations maybe yellow in color. Over a few more ejaculations the normal color will reappear. The actual sperm are unaffected.
