What Could USG Report Showing Parenchymal Echogenicity Indicate?
lapse of menstruation cycle for the last 3 months/USG report shows ovary with normal parenchymal echogenicity,no free fluid in POD and few follicles 2 or 3 in both ovaries of length 0.50 cm/previous lapse of menstruation cycle 4 months back for 2months/hieght 5 ft 3 inch weight 74 kg age 24
Your USG report is absolutely normal. Ovary appear normal in echogenicity(Echogenicity is a technical term used in ultrasonography for description of finding ). Few follicles (2 or 3) in both ovaries is a normal finding.These are graffian follicles normally found in ovary. No fluid in POD is also normal finding. Irregular menstruation need proper evaluation.
