Symptoms are: Intense pain all the time or Acute & increasing pain at menstruation and ovulation Abdominal cramps Pressure on bladder. It is treated with anti-inflammatory medications, such as ibuprofen . Surgical line of management includes:endometrial ablation, laparoscopic myometrial electrocoagulation and adenomyoma excision.
