What Could Air In Skull Suggest?
hi my 14 year old son got a hairline fracture behind in right ear and had air in the skull they will be doing another mri around july 29 which will be his 3 months after the fall off his skate board. i have a concern of could there be air still in his skull and what does it mean and what will be done

I really appreciate your concern I would like to say that if the air being detected is imaging study then this is very rare kind of clinical condition, although this is nothing to worry because if this is really a air inside the cranial cavity the this would get absorbed soon, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
