What Could Be Causing Headache And Sore Neck With Bump On Head?

I have a knot on the right side of my head a few inches above my ear, I also have been having really bad headaches and very sore neck, last few weeks it was my left side now my right side of my head and neck, I did not notice a bump on my left side of my head though, I rarely ever have had headaches until these past three weeks and the headaches have been pretty constant. Do you know what could be causing these headaches or this bump?
