What Could Be Causing Pressure And Feelings In The Abdomen Being HPT Negative?

Hi, I'm a 36yr old woman, and have been experiencing pressure and moving feelings in my lower abdomen and it's almost like pressure on my cervix a lot, I was on cerazette for 4yrs and have done numerous pregnancy tests since stopping the pill but all negative, what could be causing this feeling

cerazette pills has higher dose of progesterone, which on long standing usage make your cycle anovulatory resulting in amenorrhea. This might be the cause of missing periods with negative pregnancy test results.
