What Could Be The Cause For Hands Going Numb Easily ?

My hands tend to go numb very esaily I also notice they'll close up and it takes a long time to open them up I'd say 5-7 seconds and they'll slowly open up and are in pain after. I cannot do things as easy button my sons shirts or so betimes zipper them. Along with the gas cap its about a ten min struggle to get it off. I'm unsure what could be going on but it seems like its more than one injuries

Hello.numbness can be due to the possibility of nerve.as per 6ou have said it might ne due to some ulnar or nerve problem.so need to do some clinical examinations.consult to orthopedic surgeons...in hospital
