Hello ,
Welcome to healthcare magic forum.
Please do not panic.Fast heart beats or palpitations and chest pain do not mean it is mandatorily a cardiac disorder or heart attackor arrhythmia.
First of all since your ekg is normal you should confirm whether you have objective tachycardia i.e heart rate or pulse more than 100/min rather than a subjective feeling of palpitations and fast heart beats.
This can be done by yourself, a related person or your doctor (best), whenever you get it next.
Once confirmed the further evaluation may require a thorugh evaluation for any cardiac, hormonal(hyperthyroidism) or vascular cause.
You haven't mentioned details of your blood pressure but remember mild elevations of systolic Bp can occur even due to anxiety.
So try to avoid any stress, and go for a routine health check up when you are asymptomatic rather than rushing to hospitalwhen the symptoms start.
Regards
