What Could Be The Cause Of Dizziness In A Diabetic Patient Taking Metformin And Insulin?

hi im i have type 2 diabetes and i was taking metformin but i suddenly stopped taking ti because my kidneys had an infection so i started using insulin and i change my diet to suddenly unhealthy to healthy so i dont know what is causing my dizziness and feel everything is spinning around and feel unbalanced what is causing this?

Hello,

The dizziness is due to hypoglycemic episode. It is very common with insulin therapy.
I would advice my patient to monitor blood regularly and adjust the dose of insulin based on the blood sugar, diet and physical activities.
