Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

First of all, do you smoke cigarettes or not? Second, do you have hypertension or cardiac disease? If you have hypertension or a cardiac disease you should do investigations such as Echo and measure your blood pressure, then you should receive the medical treatment. If you did not have hypertension or cardiac disease, you could have Burger"s disease. This disease occurs an abnormal response of the blood vessels to cigarette smoking. You should stop cigarette smoking completely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dr/Mustafa, Neurologist
